What size shoes would an 18 month old girl most likely wear?

I am going to a little girl's first birthday party in a few weeks. I found a really cute summer dress to buy for her, but I'd like to buy her some sandals that she can wear during the summer. What size shoes would an average size 18 month old girl wear?

1. my daughter was wearing a 4-5 when she was 18 months. she is 22 months now and still in a 5
2. You can't really go by age. You might be better off getting her a gift certificate to a shoe store.
3. I'd buy some cute hair clips or a second dress. Babies feet are all different sizes. My nephew was a size 4, my cousin was a size 8, my niece was a size 5, a girl I used to sit for was a 4. You just never know. Ask the mom what size she is now and then ask her--maybe add a size or two to where she is now. You'd be better off buying something else or giving the receipt.
4. 5 usually is a good size but i would ask her parent
5. How bout ask the parents the size? Normally at 18 months I would say a 4 but check with the parents to be sure.
6. My daughter was a 7 @ 18 months, she's now an 8 at 20 months. But, she's a very tall girl, I think it depends on the child.
