What is the equivalent to a woman's size 6 shoe in boys shoes?

I really like the style of men's shoes, but they don't make men's shoes in my size. I'm thinking about shopping in the boys section, but don't know what my size would be (6M).

3. Mens sizes are two sizes less than womans. So, a size 4 mens.
4. I wear a men's a size 61/2 and a womens size 81/2. but if you look on the tongue of your shoes it will list european sizes-like i'm a 48 in european sizes. They don't differentiate between male and female like we do, so you can take a size 48 from the mens department and it would be the same size as a 48 from the womens. The sizes are usually on the tongues of shoes regardless of gender. That's probably the easiest way to get correct size.
5. It would be roughly a size 4.5 or a 5.. you'd have to try them on, as sizes vary with the shoe style. They are wider than girls shoes also.

9. well you can go and buy menshoes at the footlocker men section...and men size is 2 less than a women size so its probably a 4 and a half
