I need help for my summer ball outfit! No idea what to wear, shoes, make-up the lot! Tom boy dilemma?

Im abit of a tom boy, im a size 8 but have quite muscular legs which im abit insecure about. I also have abit of difficulty walking in heels lol. My summer ball starts at 7pm and last til 7am! I have to find something i can last in all night, The first year i wore flip flop shoes with kitten heels and wore the inside of my big toe down to the bone they rubbed so much!! What can i wear thats gonna be comfy all night but look sexy? I need help with colours, make-up, shoes the lot! Pics would be a great help!

1. Try a skirt and blouse/top, Flat shoe's are in, flat dressy pumps ballet slipper type of thing.
