Children's Shoes

Does anyone know where to find cute, inexpensize child-size girl shoes in Paris?

I am looking for a dress shoe in a size 3 or 4 in American sizes or a 32 or 33 in French sizes. I want an inexpensive shoe that is not obvisouly a child's shoe. I am a 15 year old so I don't want bows, hello kitty, etc. Thanks
