Cream/White Shoes for a 1-year-old boy? I'm having a hard time finding a pair of cream shoes and a pair of white shoes for my son (dress shoes for church). Everywhere I go I see plenty of dress shoes for girls but not too many for boys. Any suggestions (stores or websites)?? First-time mommy so I'm new to all of this:) Note to Mystic- I like the shoes but the smallest size is a 5 (my baby wears 3 1/2) I thought it would be easy to find dress shoes w/ Easter approaching.

It's for a formal wedding and reception - boys in dinner suits and girls have to go 'glam' (the invite says so...). http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10001_17632_382966_-1 It's a cream dress, not white by the way and comes to just below my knee. If anyone has any specific shoe designs in mind, send me a link! (UK) Don't tell me to get a different dress either please guys - I've bought it especially =) Also, any ideas what jewellery to wear? I want to wear a necklace but wondered what type, with the dress being a halterneck... Loads of good answers here thanks! Storm - I LOVE those shoes on the Zappas website! They're beautiful!

What should a 12 year old boy wear to a wedding? My little brother wants to wear black dress slacks, a white/cream "silk" collared polo, and white Jordan basketball shoes to a "formal" wedding. I think he should change shoes, but he insists just because they are new. The wedding is THIS Saturday, August the 18th...please help me convince him that he is too casual for the wedding! Here's the wedding website along with the cathedral and reception sites...: http://benandceleste.com/index.html http://www.blessedsaccathedral.org/ http://www.librarygalleria.com/ Thanks soo much!
Do you think I dress like a boy? My mom thinks I dress like a boy. Here are the things I mostly wear - Navy blue jacket - White shirt (The kind for girls) - Skinny jeans - Navy blue vans (Classic) or black Converse. Yesterday, my mom took me to the mall for shoe shopping and I saw these really cool vans. They were gray, and dark gray, and she was like "How come you always wear those colors? Why don't you wear bright colors like your cousin" My cousin wear pink, aqua, light green, and light blue. My mom said I have no style D:
Should I join Cotillion this year or not? Should I join Cotillion this year or not? Cotillion is this after-school dance thing. It's about once a month, on a Friday night. Girls are supposed to wear dresses, and boys are supposed to wear suits. You learn how to ballroom dance. It was more fun than I expected. You switch partners, you get cookies and soda, you get to see your friends. You don't get to talk to them for long, though, because most of the time you're too busy ballroom dancing with a boy who's most likely a stranger, anyway. Plus, they force you into acting like "ladies" and "gentlemen". It's seriously sexist. The girl has to like follow the lead in the dance, and whenever we walk around the room we have to cling to the boys arm. We also have to wear gloves, and when we take them off, we have to put them "pretty side up", and a dress is mandatory. Not to mention that it costs 135. It's very irritating that you're being forced into formal clothes and expected to follow all their stupid guidelines and you have to PAY for it, just to see your friends. I can't decide whether I like it or not. What do you think? Read this letter they send to everyone, and listen to how uptight and obnoxious they sound. They don't stick strictly to all these rules (I walk home without supervision from Cotillion every time I go, parents are never "drafted" into volunteering, no one really cares if you skip, and I don't remember anyone being asked to leave-not that I really remember anyone making a big disturbance, and if they did, they'd probably be kicked out) but they're not exactly easygoing. Dear Parents and Students: We invite students to apply for membership in Cotillion, a popular school activity, which has become a tradition on the peninsula. The Booster Club sponsors Cotillion. This year we will have approximately eight (8) dances, one per month. Each dance is a semi-formal dance or a themed dance and is treated as a planned party, with music, decorations, and refreshments. Cotillion provides our students with instructions in basic dance steps and an education in the social graces. Some dances will have special themes so that students will have the choice of wearing costumes or semi-formal attire. Parents are normally invited to one of the dances (usually the dance in February). Each year we take grade-level panoramic group photos and we plan to continue this tradition. To ensure that your child receives an invitation to Cotillion, please complete the attached form (and medical release on the following page) and MAIL it along with your payment to the address on the Application form. Applications will be accepted by mail only and the deadline is Friday, September 12th. In order to have similar numbers of boys and girls, students from the same grade level will be required to sign up with an application partner of the opposite gender. This does not mean that they are paired up as dance partners at the dances; it is merely a way to keep the number of girls and boys even. Having an application partner will ensure your child receives an invitation. If you absolutely cannot find an application partner, we will hold your application and payment check and try to match you with another student of the same grade and opposite gender---on a firstcome, first-served basis. We will try our very best not to turn anyone away who would like to join Cotillion. However, in the past, we have had to return some applications in order to keep the boy/girl ratio close to even or when the class size becomes too large. This helps to make the program work best. Formal invitations will be mailed to members accepted into Cotillion. A mandatory orientation will be held in early September. The continuation of high school Cotillion is provided at the high school seniors level. Assembly is a program of formal dances and community service culminating in a senior recognition ball. Assembly membership is competitive and requires 3 years of participation in high school Cotillion with a minimum of excused absences. The Assembly program may be especially valuable for boys, since there are fewer community service groups available for boys than there are for girls; community service is an important part of our children's high school experience. Cotillion Coordinators, together with the Booster Club Board of Directors, have adopted the following policies. Parents and members are asked to cooperate to continue making this program very exciting and successful. Cotillion Participation Code GIRLS must wear party dress, white gloves, and appropriate dress shoes. NO strapless, halter, or bare back dresses. Dresses should be of a suitable length. Parents please help the Cotillion coordinators and ensure that your daughter is following the dress code. BOYS must wear suit or sport coat, dress shirt, dress slacks, ties, and hard-sole dress shoes. NO athletic shoes. All students are expected to be respectful, use good manners, and listen to instructions. PARENTS must be willing to volunteer up to three hours of time during the entire season to help decorate, clean up, or chaperone. Dances start promptly. Attendance at all dances is expected. The grade level Chairperson must be called before the dance when a student is not able to attend the dance. An absence will only be excused upon the receipt of a written excuse. Written excuses are to be sent to the student’s grade chairperson. Attendance at Cotillion is one factor in considering admission to Assembly. Students will not be permitted to leave the dance unless accompanied by a chaperone or parent. We ask that students be picked up on time. Parents will be contacted if a participant is ill, unmanageable, violates the dress code or displays inappropriate behavior. Once a student is accepted into Cotillion (receives a formal invitation), there will be no refunds. The Cotillion Committee reserves the right to dismiss any student who repeatedly disrupts instruction. Last, but not least, we expect participants to have a great time with their friends!

How should I dress? Or what style best suits me? Read on to know more about me, and help me pick a style? I'm 26, male, 6'2, 210 (muscular). I don't work a white collar job (so suits and stuff are out) and I live in the inner city. I am a latino male. Obviously the two styles that would suit me which I have incorporated in the past are either hip hop (early 90s till most recent) which I do not like since I grew out of it ( no offence), I can however dig some of that kanye or common "urban preppy style" ( I don't know what its called) The other alternative would be the spanish pretty boy slacks, shoes, colorful shirt (read ricky martin) look, which I used in my latin salsa dancing club days (coming to a close..hehe). The new style that is being incorporated in my neighborhood (nyc) is the reggaeton style thing (its kind of hip hop with a spanish twist--the clothes that is). I'm still kinda young, but not as young as I used to be and I wanna start phasing out that era of my life. I don't wanna be 37 dressing like a teenager. So what do you think? What style should I use? thanks EDIT:__________________ Thanks Fab!! Great answer, You'll get the best as soon as I can give it to you. I liked your ideas. BTW I'm not really against the white collar look, I think its awesome, just not appropriate for my environment and the places where I hang out. I kinda like the leather blazer look, like in Carlitos way (al pacino ), but my friend told me that its kind of going out of style (he must be crazy, the leather blazer look rocks IMHP!). I also can dig the 50s look (its kind of retro though). Anyway thanks for all the great answers, I'm surprised Ididn't get more though... all well.....
What do I need to wear to my medical school interview? I was thinking about wearing just dark slacks, a belt, dress shoes, and a white dress shirt, with a watch as an accessory. I'm 20, turning 21, but I have quite a young looking face for my age, as if I'm still a teenager; I have a sport coat and ties, but they really don't look right on me, making me look like a 13 year old boy in a men's business suit. Still, I'm worried my dark slacks/white shirt combo won't be viewed as formal or professional enough; You'll have to take my word for it, but I'm an attractive person - I'm worried that I'll inadvertently give off the impression that I'm there to get a date, instead of trying to clinch my place in med school, if I go tie-less. While I'm at it, I might as well ask if I should go with a short, clean haircut, or style my medium-length hair in some formal fashion. I'd really prefer to go with my casual hairstyle, since I feel that it best suits the shape of my face, but again, is it too casual?
I have the strictest school uniform code. How can I personalize my uniform? *going into middle school* How can I customize this uniform without getting in trouble? This is the school uniform list: SCHOOL UNIFORMS We believe that the dress code is an important component in promoting and teaching many characteristics that we feel are essential such as responsibility, accountability, attention to detail, and the importance of a neat and well-groomed appearance. There are guidelines that govern dress and grooming to ensure a relatively consistent appearance. Our uniform also serves as a reminder that each of our students is a part of something special and unique, something that is greater than they are. Thus there are guidelines that govern dress and grooming to ensure a consistency of appearance. (I hate our principal for this. Ha) DRESS CODE 1.All attire must be neat, clean, and appropriately sized. (Neat? Clean?) 2. (No skirts? ha-ha) - Solid black, brown or Plaid Belt (WHAT?!) - Standard buckle (WHAT?!) - No ornamentation (WHAT?!) That ruined my plan for high school.) - Hats or caps are not permitted in the buildings during the school day. They may be worn from building to building and to and from the parking lot. Hats must be worn with the bill in front at all times. (What? Hats have to be worn a certain way, even though you can only wear them from the parking lot and from building to building?) >>>>> ANY ITEM NOT LISTED IS UNACCEPTABLE.

How to dress for a celbrity themed social without looking to true hard? Need advice girls please? I'm going to a celeb themed school social. My all boys school is hosting it and 4 girls schools are invited so all im going for is what the girls think, stuff my friends. Anyway my sister and some of her friends suggested i should go as Craig Daniels (casino royale james bond) cos i look like (i can't see how I do tho). So they said I shud have on black pants and shoes, white shirt, and a black bowtie that isnt done up but hanging around my collar without the top button done up. If you get the kind of look I'm talking about. So would this look to try hard because generally people in yr 9 don't take formals as a chance to to go formal dress? So what would girls think of this? Would it bit too uncomfortable to dance to disco-y music in this? Any additional thoughts are welcome. Thanks tons for any help! Jacko sorry for crappy typing. My computer has this auto correct function that keeps trying to guess what I'm saying

Shoes and accessories? I just bought 4 basic tee shirts that are really cute from Forever 21 and Wet seal. There is a brown V- neck, 2 scoop necks-white and black, and a pink boy-tee. I will probably buy a few more. I really like wearing a plain tee and jeans- its so easy and cute. I need some new accessories to dress up the look though. Can anyone give me some links to accessories -necklace, earrings, bracelets, especially headbands. I am also looking for a cute, casual tote bag that is big enough for books but not too big like the big Victoria Secret pink ones. And not the AE or Hollister ones that everyone has. Also, I like skate shoes like etnies and DC shoes. I have size 11 feet- would these wide shoes make my feet look really big or would the width even out the length and look ok. And can you find me some cute flats, sandals, or flipflops?
Does this dress make me look fat? Traditionally it's been that Women are high-maintenance and very picky and concerned with how they look. I've noticed, however, teenage boys are just as equally concerned with their appearance. bleaching their teeth, constantly handling their shirt collars, cleaning their white 80$ pair of shoes? So the Question remains: are boys as concerned with their appearance as girls?
open toe shoes and panty hose..? ok im a tom boy and I have to dress up this weekend.. kinda scarey for me. i have a nice red cocktail dress that shows from the knee down of my leg. got silver shoes that are open toed.. and im reall really white lol. is it a big fashion no no to wear panty hose with open toe shoes? or is it completely acceptable? im doing silver shoes because the dress has a silver clasp in the middle of the chest. and they are very strappy shoes..
Cute Party Hairstyles? July 11th I am going to one of my good friends Birthday partys.Anyone can come and she told me there was going to be close to 2,000 people there.Everybody who is anybody is going to be there...it is a formal you can only wear black and white to get in girls have to be in dresses and boys have to be in tuxedo's.Also black and white shoes and accecories. So let me get to the point.I am trying to decide how to wear my hair a cute way.I have like a oval shaped face and a thin chin...I might even get side bangs for the party well and for a while i guess...So does ANYONE have any ideas...i need them as soon as possible im online 24/7 ,thanks a lot!!!! :)
Teen Guy Shoes -- Most Versatile Color? I'm a 16 year old boy, and I am going to be getting some new shoes soon. My question is, which color works with almost any clothing? I have black shoes now, and unless I have a black belt or something, they stink! Is white too blinding without anything else white? Also, if you have suggestions for specific shoes, please say! I have one casual pair at a time, so I'll be wearing them daily with everything (not for sports or dress, though). I'm not that into 'ghetto' or 'skater' styles (more preppy, I guess), but I'd prefer anything over sneakers/running shoe-type things.

I'm a 16 year old boy who can some days dress in a nice buttoned-up shirt (half-buttoned with a t-shirt underneath), but I try to wear a variety of things. So, I actually wear completely different types of clothes throughout the week.

boy wearing holiday tights? my mom came home with Christmas outfits for my sisters and i started making fun and laughing at them, they were red velvet dresses with white holiday tights, had like Christmas imprints on them, well she said since i think its so funny i can try on mine, she pulled out this tight fitting velvet outfit, it looked like short unitard, it had lace around the collar, and worse of all she bought me the same pair of tights as well, with these black shiny mary jane shoes, my face turned red, she expects me to wear this for a Christmas photo, but ill look like one of those english sissys from the 1800 or soemthing, its almost girly! can she make me wear this? is it fair?
toddler boys nike shox? I have two young boys. I like to cordinate them instead of dressing them totally alike all the time. I need help with a stupid decision that I should be able to make on my own. The older boy I have a blue Ralph Lauren collar shirt and the younger one a green one. I like to dress them both in khaki shorts. Now my question is about their nike shox. The older boy has blue shox and the younger one has red. I can't stand pairing the green shirt with red shoes (it reminds me of Christmas). So should I return the colored shox and settle for white and gray ones??? Or should I get them both blue shox? Or am I making to much of a fuss having the green shirt with the red shox? The rest of the shoe is white/gray with just the colored shox and swoosh mark. The white shoe that I am looking at has gray shocks and a gray swoosh. My husband is afraid that the white and gray won't hold up as long as the colored shox. Just needed someone's opinion. Thanks for your time.
what do you think of the beginning of my story? the story is called, "so she dances" and if i were in the story, it'd be from my point of view. it's based off of Josh Groban's song, "so she dances" The door opened, and three couples walked in. They were late. We all stood and watched them come in. The oldest girl had golden yellow hair brushed out all silkily. The front of her hair was twisted back into a silver tie that blended with her hair, and then cascaded into curls. She had big doe eyes that were backed up by grey silver eyeshadow, it was obviously sparkly. Her face was tan, and her eyebrows were slightly arched. She wore a dress that was sleeveless, but had lace sleeves, and top. She wore sliver bands around her wrist. Her dress was pink and dropped to the floor in a lacey swirl. Pink diamonds glittered in and out of her dress when she moved. On her feet were pink sandels that were pratically not there. The man standing next to her, had to have been twenty, but didn’t look it. He looked. . . sixteen? He had blond hair that was cut into a layered form. It was long enough to brush his shoulders. He had one silver loop earing in his left ear, but it wasn’t noticeable. His eyes were a blue color - the color of a pool very clear, but so deep you can’t see the bottom of the pool. He had a smile that was almost like a grin, but big, and comforting. His two front teeth were slightly cricked but only made him look better. He was wearing a white men’s blouse tucked into black dress pants. Over the white shirt was a black dress shirt, that could button, but was open. His arm was crooked to hold the girl’s hand. The second girl was wearing a black dress that had spagetti straps with small tassles hanging off them. The dress was not tight, but not real loose either. It was like silk. It spread out, and had two layers on it. The top layer was clearish; the second layer had bright red Japanese flowers spread from the hip down, kind of twirling; they were dimmed by the top layer. Her shoes were black glittering heals. I kinda thought she was wearing them because the dress would be too long otherwise. Her hair was braided in a pony tail. I mean, the braid went around a bunch of her hair - like a pony tail. Her hair - I think - was only shoulder length, but it was silky and shiny. Little white flowers were tucked into the braid, creating a beautiful contrast of color. Her eyes were brown with green flecks in them. A thin line of green eyeshadow lined her eyelashes, and then faded into a creamy color. She had a touch of lipstick on. The young man next to her had dark, dark hair, that was silky, and almost reached his shoulders. Like an overgrown bowl cut. His eyes were dark chocolate, that were deep, deep wells of the unknown. His face was a creamy brown; his skin fit perfectly over his face - as if perpously put there - just for him. He had dark eyelashes, and his smile was light. His teeth perfect. He was around six feet tall, and very relaxed. He was wearing a silky white men’s blouse that hung loose. AKA. Untucked. They hung down over tan pants that were similar to leather. They were soft and supple. His shoes were almost sandely. His sleeves were rolled up to the elbow, revealing powerful forearms. Her had rested delicate and pale against his tan arm. His hand seemed unseemigly large against hers. When they walked in, he glanced momentarily at her, smiled and then looked away again. The third girl was short, but looked beyond her years. She had liquid green and blue eyes, that shimmered and sparkled. She was wearing a very pale green eyeshadow that melted into white. Little diamonds lined her eyelashes. Either she was blushing or she had light pink blush on. A light, uncertain smile danced at her lips. . .she had to be wearing red lipstick. Little freckles speckled her nose. He long lashed dipped when she closed her eyes, and brushed her cheeks. Her teeth were expecially white against the red lipstick. She wore a white dress that was sleeveless, but had a turtle neck that was made of lace. The dress went down, and then spread ever so slightly. The bodice was decorated with small white pearls. Her dress rustled softly when she moved. The boy next to her looked much like the first boy, but his hair was softer, and was a much lighter color. There were more bangs in the front, and shorter in the back. His eyes were light blue, and if you looked closely had a greyish color, and light fleck of pink. His eyes looked terribly sad, even though his face smiled. His face is smooth, and almost white. He wore a white man’s blouse that was tucked in to some black khakis. He grinned, very unshyly and muttered something about “giggles girl”. She blushed even deeper, and he smiled. In fact, he almost laughed at her. She shoved her elbow into his ribs, and he faked a sour face. i'll probably post the second half later. . .what do you think?

(Guys and girls opinions =]) A few items I have selected to wear but can't decide between; Tops = A red and black corset (which is nice but uncomfortable) A mint green corset (which is not as nice as the other but comfortable). A cute short-sleeved long black top with white stars A black silk waistcoat The Black Parade dress A plain black buttoned and collared shirt which has elbow-length sleeves (good for teaming with bright accesories) Bottom= Black miniskirt that flares (in other words not pencil) Black poofy Goth skirt Skintight navy blue Emo jeans Black glittery short-shorts Accessories= Bright pink tights Glittery black tights Light Grey tights Opaque black tights Red and black tie Black tie with a chain through it Red and black Green Day belt Hot Pink Emo scarf Pink and black gloves Lace black Goth gloves Footwear= Doc Martens in black Converses in all black pinstripe Cute low heel pointed white shoes with black thunderbolts Pink and black Etnies *continues* Long leather black boots with killer heels Oh this is a link so you see what I look like then you can decide what goes best = myspace.com/xxshesxaxrebelxxx Oops faulty link here it is again = http://www.myspace.com/xxshesxaxrebelxxx Make Up= Grey eyeshadow BRIGHT pink eyeshadow Dark glittery purple eyeshadow Pink lipgloss Dark red lipstick White blusher Bronze blusher Another word of advice...If you're just here to make fun of what I wear or just here to make a plainly immature and unnecessary comment then don't bother ok? I didn't post the question to be slandered I was looking for help with an outfit is that alright?
This is a bit stupid but can anyone remember these children's books and perhaps tell me the names of them? I had a series of books which I think may have been written by a well known author but my mum thinks that she bought them for like £1 in Woolworths (which would mean that no one would be able to help me probably!). I can remember two of the stories: 1) A boy goes in the woods and finds a little house. He goes in, finds a pair of red shoes and puts them on. But he puts them on his hands or something and the shoes make him walk for miles on his hands because they have a spell on them. It turns out that they were a dwarf’s and he tells the boy that he should never take anyone’s things. 2) A boy loses his kitten, he’s sad so he goes looking for it in the woods and he finds some fairies and tells them what’s happened. The fairies make all the cotton buds from a cotton plant come alive into furry little kittens and the boy finds his kitten. My memory is a bit off but I’d appreciate it if you could tell me the name of the books or the author. Or just tell me if any of this rings a bell, at least I’ll know it wasn’t just me who read them lol. There was another book that wasn’t part of the series but it was about a boy and a girl who would go out to play near the woods (it’s all about the woods lol) and they’d see a big white creature hiding behind the trees. They become friends with it or something – any ideas? The girl had a blue and white dress and blond hair.
Ch. 1 of my book Feedback!!?? I'm 15y/o? Please tell me what you think! Ch 1: Rich Teen Poor Attitude The sunlight illuminated through a partial opening of the velvet drapes, which faintly lit the dark bedroom. The stillness was shattered by the loud buzz of an alarm clock quickly silenced by the pound of a fist. A bed creaked, as a slim formed rose from the mound of blankets. This form, this young man, with dark caramel hair, and brown eyes was Damien Risquette. Better known as the infamous 14 year old heir to the Risquette Stock Marketing and Real Estate empire. Sluggishly Damien walked to the drapes, shivering as his bare feet touched the wood floors. Spreading open the drapes, the sunlight lit the entirety of the big bedroom. Which was clean and spotless thanks to Selena Rogue, the housemaid. Looking out the window, he took in the view of Central Park, just across the street. Yawning, he then went to the bathroom to washed up then headed to the doors opposite his bathroom which led to his walk-in closet. Automatic lights lit the closet, as Damien walked inside. Grumbling, and muttering profanity, Damien stepped over two Armani leather coats that he had threw on the floor the night before so carelessly. In the back of the closet was a drawer he opened which kept his school uniforms. He attends The Wimble Preparatory Academy. Loosening his tie, he finished the navy blue and white school uniform. Exiting the closet, and then the room he was but not even partially ready for events about to unfold. For he was to preoccupied with his angered outlook on the little things that most pay no attention to. In other words, it was another day in the life of Damien Christco Risquette. Descending to the 1st floor Damien plotted a way to convince his parents he was “sick“ and that going to school would be a bad decision. Every weekday morning, either his mother Kate, or father Joseph had to quite literally force him to school or suffer consequences to which they as parents never carried out. Today neither were home as the house was empty, much to the glee of Damien. Selena must have taken the day off Damien thought to himself as he checked the foyer, the kitchen and the family room just to be sure he was alone. With the house occupied only by himself, he basked in the event there would be no arguments or protests between his parents and himself. With his mind made up that he was not going to school, he plopped down on one of the over stuffed leather chairs in the living room, preparing to waste the day away. Flipping through the channels, Damien drifted in and out of sleep. Refusing to climb back up the 3 floors to his room, he dozed off on the chair. “Child, you better wake up.” Damien sprang awake catching his balance before he fell out of the chair. He turned behind him and saw Selena, standing in the foyer, shaking her head in utter disappointment. “You better get up and get to school”, she said sternly, Trying to create a believable lie Damien stuttered, “I-I already went to school but felt sick and got released early. Surely the school must have called to tell I would be home early.” “Yeah, the school did call, but the call was about you not even going this morning” Selena said, almost proud of herself for catching Damien in his twist of lies. Putting down her purse on the table by the front door, she walked past Damien into the kitchen where the phone was. “Today is March 17 2009,” the machines female voice stated. “You have 1 message. ‘Hello this is Patricia from the Academy, Damien once again is absent from school. This is the 12th time he’s been absent in a row. Please note that the next time this happens, the school will have to bring it up to the attention of the Board of Education of New York.’” The answering machine beeped, then turned off. Selena turned back around to face Damien who had the look of a caught fugitive. “Hmm” was she said. Simple as can be. Walking into the kitchen, to put away the dishes Selena said to Damien “your mother called on my way here. She’s returning from her business meeting in Chicago. If you go to school now, I won’t tell her you tried to pull a fast one.” Unlike his parents whom were lenient, Selena who was much like a third parent, never backed down when she made up her mind. Damien didn’t get to make the decisions when she was around. His parents were perfectly fine with it to. They were glad to have someone teaching Damien some discipline. Damien still sitting in the chair whispered under his breath. Selena turned around to face him, holding a plate in her hand and asked “did you have something to say? I hear you whispering, if you‘re going to talk speak up.” Realizing he needed to shut his mouth before that dish in Selena’s hand ended up flying in his direction, Damien quickly replied “I was just talking to myself.” “Yeah, that’s what you better have been doing” Selena warned, turning back around to the dishwasher. Damien got off the chair, walked to the closet behind him, and grabbed his backpack, and a pair of dress shoes, mandatory by the Academy to wear. “You better grab a coat. It was freezing when I was outside” Selena warned, finishing up with the dishes. “The weather looks fine, I can see outside the window” Damien smugly replied back, rolling his eyes. “You roll your eyes at me again, I’ll pick them out” Selena threatened, startling Damien who thought she had her back faced to him. “If you don’t want a coat, fine. But don’t come whining home, complaining to your parents when you get a cold” she fired back, throwing the cleaning wipe in the trash bin under the sink. “I’ll be glad if I get sick” Damien coyly replied. Selena shook her head, as she left the kitchen, to go upstairs to do laundry. Stopping in the kitchen doorway, she turned to Damien, sighed then said “you have such a hard head you know. Just for once, I wish you would just listen when someone say something to you.” Wanting to get the conversation over with, Damien grabbed a coat from the closet, almost ripping it as he yanked it off the hanger. Not getting a reply from Damien, Selena walked to the closet, to pick up two other coats that fell off their hangers, when Damien pulled his down. Sitting on the couch to put on his shoes, and stuff his jacket into his backpack, which was filled with crumbled papers and such, he said “I bet you will feel guilty one day if I run away because of how you treat me. It‘s like I‘m in military school” Selena who was headed to the staircase stopped and turned to Damien. Smiling she replied “boy, I’ll be joyous if you ran off, that’ll mean less clean up for me to do ‘round here. Also, I’m not harsh with you, I’m just trying to teach you some discipline so you grow up to be a behaved, well-mannered young man. But I can‘t make you become that person. There ain’t nobody can help or save you but yourself, I want you to remember that.” Damien pondered that thought as he stood up and walked to the front door. Selena added, “I’ll call your driver, he’ll be outside in 15 minutes or so. Now go to school and have a good day.” Opening the door, he replied “there is no good day if it’s a school day for me.” “Keep your mouth shut, you will have a good day” Selena replied. Damien pondered that thought also. Filing it away in his short-term memory he said “I’ll try that, bye.” Selena replied bye back then went upstairs to finish her work. Damien stood in the foyer still thinking about ditching school. But he knew he had to go. Someway, somehow Selena would find out. “I have eyes for the eye in the back of my head” he remembers her saying when he was a little kid, when he would try and sneak out of timeout. Reluctantly he opened the front door and slowly stepped outside. Whether Damien was ready or not, he was going to face much more than a day of school. He is going to face the real world. Where money cannot buy acceptance, and acceptance is gained from the amount of respect and dignity you hold for yourself and others. Two characteristics that are quite risqué for the Risquette’s. Thank you to the people whom answered my question, that dealt in my book. I am still writing it, but will continue to the end. Thanx for the positive feedback!
Is this school uniform fair? First let me say that I live in California and it sometimes gets very hot in my uniform. I am a high school boy and this is my school uniform: Navy Blue or Black Blazer(has to stay on all the time but you are sometimes allowed to take it off in class) White or blue oxford shirt(most people wear white) Tie Navy blue black or gray dress pants Black shoes(dress) Black or Khaki socks The uniform for girls is similar but they don't have to wear a tie and can wear skirts but and they have to wear a white shirt and a navy blue blazer. (It's still not very different) In spring/fall you are allowed to take your blazer off in class if you want to We have AC It is a private school

boy made to wear an easter dress!? i got into trouble today with my mom becuase its easter and my younger and older sister are always made to dress up in the most girliest easter clothes, and its funny, and i kinda got mean and called them names, called them sluts too and mom heard and got so mad at me, she told me since i take such interest in what they are wearing i will be joining them, she got out the most frilliest pink easter dress, and made me wear it, with the panties, white tights, and black shiny mary something shoes? even this pink flowery thing that went around my head, worst of all she made my hair all curly, i felt so embarrassed, was my mom right for doing this? everyone at church was talking to me like a girl, one lady said i looked precious, sucked ! so do u think i deserved it?
ok. do you lyke my story? the end of it is in another question. sry.. nd sry for the spelling mistakes? she sat at the bottom of the stairs, half wanting someone to come looking for her, half wishing that she would never be found. she had spent more time looking in the mirror this morning than she had ever thought was humanly possible. she supposedly had looked 'radiant', at least that's what her mother had said. but i guess that's what mothers are supposed to say. she had no idea how she had managed to squeeze into the elegant shoes that now held her feet. and she was absolutely clueless as to how she had managed to not stumble over the train of beautiful white dress. she twisted around the ring on her finger, and admired the large rock that sat below it. she was married. married! she barely believed it, and she knew for a fact that she wans't the only one. nobody had expected 'poor little'isabell to find a husband before her beautiful sister ariana. actually everyone thought she would never marry. they thought she'd end up a spinster or a cat lady. boy did she prove them wrong.

A Glasgow man - steaming and skint - is walking down Argyle Street when he spots a guy tinkering with the engine of his car. "What's up, Jimmy?" he asks. "Piston broke," he replies. "Aye, same as masel..." Jock this was written by an English man who has lived in Scotland for years. I just copied it to give you a wee laugh, his name is Joe Bangels he is well known. So don't get upset he is a nice wee man.
What is this 80's doll with blue woolen hair.? I have a doll I am trying to identify. I think it is from a range of toys popular in the 80's. It is a boy doll with blue wool hair. It is plastic and is around 6 inches tall it has red painted shoes on its feet and its nose is painted red. it is dressed in blue trousers and a white frilly shirt. I believe it may be a bridegroom doll and had a bride with pink hair at one time. Can anyone tell me what type of toy this is and are there collector any websites about it. I want to find out what it is called before I put it on ebay.
A naughty joke here - 'Once a sailor, always a sailor'? On the day of the wedding, Sophie was getting dressed, and she suddenly realised she had forgotten to get any shoes. Panic! Then her sister remembered that she had a pair of white shoes from her wedding so she lent them to Sophie for the day. Unfortunately they were a bit too small and by the time the festivities were over Sophie's feet were agony. When she and Edward withdrew to their room the only thing she could think of was getting her shoes off. The rest of the Family crowded round the door to the bedroom and they heard roughly what they expected, grunts, straining noises and the occasional muffled scream. Eventually they heard Edward say 'God,that was tight.' 'There,' whispered the mother. 'I told you she was a virgin.' Then, to their surprise, they heard Edward say. 'Right. Now for the other one.' Followed by more grunting and straining and at last Edward said. 'My God. That was even tighter.' 'That's my boy,' said the Dad, 'Once a sailor, always a sailor.'

Ya like my book? i'm 11 writin it. if ya like it you can give me ur email address and i'll give it 2 ya 2 read My book is about a girl named holly who's mama sends her to england for 8 months to prevent her from being rebelious. she finds out her best guy friend will be there for the same amount of time with her. her mama gets pregnant with 5 babies and at the same time her aunt liz (she is staying with her) tries to turn holly into a 'lady'. holly is overwelmed with the babies, Jesse, her aunt, her mama's wedding, and her feeling toward her soon-t-be stepdad. this is chapter 12: “Jesse!” I exclaimed as I got on the plane. Our moms had arranged for us to sit next to each other on the plane. “Hey Holly! Are you ok?” “Yeah I’m fine, it’s just that Leah started calling Mark daddy.” “Wow. But, isn’t that good for her?” That’s what mama had said. “Yeah, I guess it is. So, what’s up?” Is that all I could think of? “Nothing. How about you?” “The usual. Leah cried when I left, Mark and mama are planning the wedding, mama’s having quintuplets, I got new earrings-“ “Whoa, whoa, whoa. Back iit up there Holly.” “I got new earrings?” “Before that.” “Mark and Mama are planning the wedding?” “After that.” “Oh, you must mean the quint thing.” “Um, yeah. So what’s up with that?” “Mama’s having quints, they are all sharing my room, and I got to name them.” “That’s so cool! What did you name them?” “The boys are Max and Sam, and the girls are Grace-Leah, Lila Rose, and Nikki. Grace Leah will either be called Gracie or Gracie-Lee, and Lila Rose will be called Lila.” “Those are great names.” “Thanks. I love them too.” The plane took off about 20 minutes later and we talked for about an hour after take-off. Then we got breakfast on the plane. In all it took 2 and ½ hours to get to Chicago, then we got on another plane that would take us to London. I fell sleep with my head on Jesse’s shoulder and woke to find him asleep with his head resting on my head. I glanced out the window (I had the window side) and saw the clouds. “Oooh.” I felt like I would be sick. Jesse woke up and said, “What’s wrong?” “Sick,” was all I said. He grasped me by the shoulders and said, “Breath deep and close your eyes.” I gulped and nodded. Some how him holding me just felt right but I pushed that thought away and followed Jesse’s instructions. Soon I felt better and I ate lunch at about 11:30. We only had about 5 or 6 hours left on plane. For that I was glad. I listened to the airplane radio for about 2 hours and then I watched the second half of the movie that they were showing. That took about 1 hour. I talked to Jesse for about a half an hour and then fell asleep for 1 more hour. Then a snack was served and I ate it while listening to the radio for a half an hour. Jesse and I talked for about 15 minutes and then I fell asleep. “Holly, Holly! Wake up! We’re in London now. You have to wake up.” Jesse was shaking me awake. “Oooooh!” I groaned. I got up and tried to get my bags from the overhead compartment, but due to my meager height of 4”7, I wasn’t able to get them. “Allow me.” Jesse said and reached up to get the bags. “Thanks.” Jesse and I went our separate ways but agreed to meet up somewhere. (I said I’d call him once I knew a street other then my Aunts.) I saw my Aunt and my cousin standing in the airport, waving to me. “Oh boy.” I murmured once I saw what my Aunt was wearing. She had on a long skirt and a blouse and a peach colored jacket. It almost looked like something a very over-dressed Real Estate agent would wear. I looked down at my outfit and realized my short checkered skirt and tight black tank top was a mistake. Lyle (my 6 year old cousin) was wearing khaki shorts that reached to his knees and a collared blue and white striped polo shirt and shoes that looked somewhere between dress shoes and sneakers. I walked over to my family and hugged Aunt Liz and Lyle. Lyle (although I hate to admit it) is a really cute kid. He has sandy blond hair that waves and always looks messy but in a good way. He has medium to pale skin and if you look close he has very light freckles. “Hi Holly! Guess what, my room is right next to yours. We can make up a secret code and bang on the walls all night.” “No Lyle, that would upset mummy.” Aunt Liz warned him. “Oh right. But it will still be fun, won’t it?” “Of course it will kiddo.” I smiled. “Now what on earth are you wearing Holly?” And so it starts.
