Children's Shoes

Where can I find white/ivory shoes in size 2 1/2 or 3 for a 9 year old? In the Novi area I need a pair of shoes for a flower girl. We have 7 days to find these shoes without paying a fortune and frankly.. We are stumped. We have located ONE pair.. for $50.. and honestly.. if I pay $50 for shoes they better be worn more than once ever. Can anyone recommend a good sized thrift store, or kids shoe store that might have offseason stuff in it?
