Why is it so hard to find shoes for infant and toddler boys? I trying to find some soft shoes for my son to wear, just to keep his feet covered at daycare. Retailers have rows and rows of shoes for infant and toddler girls, but only have 2 or 3 choices if any for boys.
Shoe Sizes for Kids - I need to know if there is a infant size 9 as well as a little girl (toddler?) size 9? I'm just confused at the description and want to buy a 9 for my 4 year old girl, but "big girl" shoes don't seem to have size 9's and the only place I see a 9 is infant/toddler -- but 4 years isn't a toddler is it? Please clear this up for me! Thanks!

Which Shoes Do You Think Go Best? Infant Thanksgiving Dress and Shoes!? For Gabi and Emmi, who will be about 7 months on Thanksgiving, I liked this dress. Which shoes would look best? I know it's kind of petty, but help anyway. Also, I am aware that they only have 1 of the shoes, but I know a store nearby that carries them. http://www.gymboree.com/shop/dept_item.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524445976772&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374306241443&bmUID=1222482225445&productSizeSelected=0 http://www.gymboree.com/shop/dept_item.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524445974162&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302775139&bmUID=1222482498629&productSizeSelected=0 http://www.gymboree.com/shop/dept_item.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524445967840&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302775139&bmUID=1222482498632&productSizeSelected=0 http://happyhealthybaby.com/catalog.php?item=373&catid=27&ret=catalog.php%3Fpage%3D1%26category%3D27 http://happyhealthybaby.com/catalog.php?item=414&catid=27&ret=catalog.php%3Fpage%3D1%26category%3D27 http://www.seekairun.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=TAMAR http://www.robeez.com/Robeez-Classic-Mary-Jane-Brown-Baby-Girl-Shoes-Robeez-baby-shoes/product.aspx?ProductID=788&deptid=288&PriceCat=2&Lang=EN-US&RefID=9091 http://www.robeez.com/Robeez-Tredz-Emily-Mary-Jane-Pink-Girl-shoes-Robeez-baby-shoes/product.aspx?ProductID=816&xs=true&PriceCat=2&Lang=EN-US&RefID=9091 http://www.robeez.com/Robeez-Tredz--Blossom-Mary-Jane-pastel-pink-Robeez-baby-shoes/product.aspx?ProductID=719&xs=true&PriceCat=2&Lang=EN-US&RefID=9091
where to find wide-sized infant shoes...? preferably little girl's, white, mary-jane style, size 4 infant, + NOT online.
Why is it that stores will have dress clothes for all ages but toddlers boys? I have a three-year-old boys, and I hit every store in town trying to find dress clothes for church. Every store I hit had dress clothes and shoes for infant girls and boys, toddler girls, older boys and girls, and adults of both genders. Eventually, I found one dress outfit, but then I wasn't able to find dress shoes. What gives? Do they think toddler boys don't need clothes? It's highly likely they need them more than any other age group. Anyone else noticed this?
What size shoe does your 1 year old girl wear and where to buy? My 12 month old has miniature feet--size 1 1/2 or 2. The problem is either that toddler shoes don't come in this size or if they do, they are for non-walking infants. What size shoe does your 1 year old wear and where do I find size 2 walking shoes?
Infant/toddler shoes that squeak? Last year on Halloween there was a baby girl around 1-2 that was walking around dressed as a lady bug. Every step she took she squeaked. Where can I find shoes like that? I get to take my twin nieces out this year and I think it will be cute to walk around with squeaking thing 1 and thing 2.
Mother's of baby girls, what are your thoughts/feelings about this product? Here's a link to the website: http://www.heelarious.com/index.php They are high heel shoes designed for infant girls, 0-6 months of age. They are completely soft, and the heel does not support the babies weight. I personally find it completely sick and creepy, the idea of "sexualizing" an infant girl. I'd like comments from others...even those who feel this product is ok. Just please explain your thoughts and feelings. This is an opion question. I will not be giving thumbs up, nor down. Thank you
baby stuff?????????????? i have baby clothes and shoes and things i bought from craigslist because i have alot of friends who have babies and are not doing well and are having a hard time buying things for their kids. i have lots of baby girls clothes i have shoes that are size 3 infant shoes. how old would the child be if she wore that size shoe?
Dream Interpretation? i had a dream last night that my husband and i were out shopping for clothes for himself. when we got to the cash register he was also carrying a pair of pink infant shoes in a little box in his hand. they was sooo cute. in the dream i asked him what he was buying them for because we don't have a little girl and he replied that he doesn't know. that answer was weird. we have a beautiful 2 1/2 yr old son and we have been wanting another child but hadn't had any. could this dream mean that we will soon be expecting?
What is your opinion of dance teams for kids? At my daughter's ballet studio, a child can audition for the elite dance team and participate in competitions. It also costs the parent more money to purchase professional shoes, sometimes travel, pay competition fees, and extra costumes. What is your experience with a dance team, what age is your child, and how did it effect your family life. Our situation, we have an infant and a four and a half year old who was invited to join the team. Off the top of my head, it would be a plus that she'll be in a class with other girls of her ability and maturity level. (no cryers, or girls just running around) Negative: I'm afraid it will be hard witht he infant....
Who comes up with these, and why do we still choose to believe these old tales? some of these are funny, but why do we still believe some of them? If a woman's carrying low, it's a boy; if a woman's carrying high, it's a girl. Wearing shoes will help a baby learn to walk sooner. An infant walker will help a baby learn to walk sooner. Cats can steal the air from a baby's mouth. Wait an hour after eating before swimming. Coffee stunts your growth. If you go outside with wet hair, you'll catch a cold. Too much TV is bad for your eyes. Cracking knuckles causes arthritis. Chewing gum takes 7 years to pass through your digestive system. some old tales out there are true, but the ones i have listed are not true, yet we believe them, which is not a problem, i think it's funny in a way, i know they have been tolds for so many years now. If a woman's carrying low, it's a boy; if a woman's carrying high, it's a girl. False. If a woman's carrying high, this may be her first pregnancy or her body's in good shape. Stomach muscles have a tendency to become more elastic with each pregnancy, so a belly that's seen more than one pregnancy may hang a little low. Cats can steal the air from a baby's mouth. False. This tale goes back hundreds of years to a time when cats were associated with witchcraft and evil spirits. Cat-lovers, rest easy - it's anatomically impossible for a cat or other animal to suffocate a baby by sealing the baby's mouth with its own. Even so, cats and other pets should be supervised around small children and introduced to a baby gradually. You should also keep cats (just as you should keep other items, like blankets and plush toys) out of your baby's crib or bassinet. Too much TV is bad for your eyes. False. Watching television won't hurt your eyes (no matter how close to the TV you sit), although too much TV can be a bad idea for kids. Research shows that children who consistently spend more than 10 hours a week watching TV are more likely to be overweight, aggressive, and slower to learn in school. Cracking knuckles causes arthritis. False. However, habitual knuckle cracking tends to cause hand swelling, decreased grip strength, and can result in functional hand impairment. If you swallow gum, it's true that your body can't digest it. But the gum doesn't sit in your stomach. It progresses relatively intact through your digestive system and is excreted in your stool. some of those are interesting, haven't heard some of those. thank you for the additional sayings! :)

Shoe Sizes? Can you guys give me a chart or something that shows the list of shoe sizes? Because I get confused with the sizes, like a girls size 13 is for infants and a girls size 4 is for small girls. My sister wants to buy some shoes online and doesn't know which size fits her best. Thanks!
Three sets of twins what are the odds? I was shopping with my mom the other day and the wierdest thing happend. I was leaving the shoe store with my mom and there was identical twins(boys). Walking down the sidewalk I saw another set of twins identical they were toddlers(girls and very cute). I didn't say anything to my mom but i was thinking this pretty odd. Then when we got to our car we helped a lady because her hands were full and she was dropping stuff everywhere. Well she had twins too! Infants a boy and girl! This was wierd to me. What are the chances of seeing that many sets of twins in ten minutes. We talked about this on the way home my mom suggested it could be a omen or sign of something that is going to happen. Im really curious about it so if anyone knows what it means tell me please. Oh yeah we live in a small populated area it made it even more odd. Twins do run in my family on my moms side my grandpa is a twin. Some other people to it skips a generation from what it seems. I pretty sure im not pregnant!!! the last twins were there it wasnt just the lady telling us i saw them.

I would like some comments or ideas on how to continue to get this message heard!!!? No one seems to care about anyone anymore. It seems as though the only thing on the brain these days is me me me. Today is about everyone around you who you don’t really see. Take a moment to just imagine that little girl in the park who is playing on the jungle gym, or the elderly man in the nursing home. Think about what that infant at the grocery store sees as she looks at the world around her. Take a minute and put yourself in someone else’s shoes and think about what it would be like if things were from their point of view. Now that you have done this send it to someone else who hasn’t so they can relate to others a little better and maybe we can all remember what empathy is again. The days where everyone helps everyone get things accomplished and cared about how others are treated. The days where we fought for justice instead of following the crowd and burying our heads in the sand. Lets remember what it is like to be a humane individual. Help Change The World!
Abortion, partial-birth abortion, neonatal infantcide.... Is legalizing dumpster babies next? It's been well documented that Obama voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act. This law states that any baby that survives a late term abortion and is born breathing and alive cannot be denied medical care. Obama was the only senator to speak against this bill. What is the difference between Obama's position on this and a teen who gives birth in the bathtub and then puts her baby in the dumpster? Or a girl who gives birth and then suffocates her baby? Or a girl who gives birth and then puts the baby in a shoe box under her bed? Couldn't she claim "botched home abortion" and be exonerated in Obama's thinking? Obama voted against the act the first time it came up. He spoke out against it. He was heavily criticised for this. In the next vote he voted present (sulk vote). To cover himself Obama now claims that he didn't like the wording of the initiative. He was worried that protection of the born alive infant would lead to a weakening of a woman's right to a late term abortion. What's more important saving the life of a child born alive or ensuring that the child dies because it's mother intended so? Keep in mind that his is the guy who wrote an unsigned piece for the Harvard Law Review in which he suggested that the government may have more important concerns than "ensuring that any particular fetus is born." At the saddleback interview he refused to say when a person becomes a person and is protected by civil rights. The long and the short of it is that Obama doesn't consider babies to have civil rights until it's born and the mother says she wants it. Dumpster babies beware. Obama will throw you under the bus if you dare cry.
High heels for infants? I found this website that has soft shoes made to look like high heels. I want opinions from other moms/pregnant women. I'm 16 weeks and do not know what I'm having yet but I would definitely buy them if I have a girl...just for pictures and such. No I will not have my daughter prancing around in them every where we go. I just think having pictures of her wearing them would be cute. Please check it out and give opinions.... http://www.heelarious.com/
Do you think Imus' firing was justified? I don't.? Warning - Please be advised the following Commentary contains citations of sexually explicit profanity. -ed When Don Imus referred to a Black women's basketball team as "nappy headed hos" he was using a description ("hos") that Black rappers have popularized on CBS sister stations. CBS is owned by Viacom, http://www.cjr.org/tools/owners/viacom.asp%20 which also owns MTV and VHS. These stations are responsible for making this expression part of the national vocabulary. Viacom also owns "Famous Music," which publishes and markets the work of hip-hop and rap artists who portray Black women as "bitches" and "hoes." A cursory search yielded this couplet from Rapper "Cadillac Tah": Bitches come, bitches go But little do they know we don't love them ho's ("Come and Go") So, Imus is double victimized by CBS's owners. First they popularize a derogatory attitude and expression, and then they fire him for using it. The expression is so common that Imus' sidekick actually introduced it into the conversation: "Imus: That's some rough girls from Rutgers. Man, they got tattoos and - McGuirk: Some hard-core hos. Imus: That's some nappy-headed hos there. I'm gonna tell you that now, man, that's some - woo. And the girls from Tennessee, they all look cute, you know, so, like - kinda like - I don't know." Imus transgressed because Blacks can call their women "hos," but Whites have to treat them with kid gloves, as an endangered species.(They are a privileged subset of another endangered minority, women.) These Anti-White-Male prejudices were apparent when the CBS President, Leslie Moonves, one of the Original Endangered Minority (upon which all others are modeled,) announced he was firing Imus. "There has been much discussion of the effect language like this has on our young people, particularly young women of color trying to make their way in this society," CBS President and Chief Executive Officer Leslie Moonves said... "That consideration has weighed most heavily on our minds as we made our decision." "Young women of color trying to make their way in this society." Does he mean women like the Black stripper who falsely accused the Duke Lacrosse players of rape? Does he mean language of the kind Viacom is broadcasting, publishing and selling!? You need a shoe shine job The way you polish a knob Backstage panties down eat dick Good-bye Biotch!! (Ya Rule "Extacy") "Young women of color trying to make their way in this society?" That's a laugh! Every corporation, university and government department has orders to rush them to the head of the line! This is confirmed by the next paragraph: "Imus had a long history of inflammatory remarks. But something struck a raw nerve when he targeted the Rutgers team - which includes a class valedictorian, a future lawyer and a musical prodigy - after they lost in the NCAA championship game." Imus' Remarks spawned a feeding frenzy. All the usual sharks--Al Sharpton, Oprah Winfrey, Hilary Clinton, Jesse Jackson and Barack Obama-cashed in. Jackson called the firing "a victory for public decency. No one should use the public airwaves to transmit racial or sexual degradation." Like this from Viacom's "Famous Music" site? Look, Samantha, Loraine, Monica, Veronica Veronica, she treated my dick like a harmonica cock sucker How you think I learned how to twist it and turn Ya back until it's broke, make you feel it in your throat It was Pamela, Linda, Keisha, Nicole Had me fuckin while I was drivin on cruise control Can't wait to get it home and teach it all to you Look I'm just tryna be the best, I'm doin it all for you You know that thing with the peanut butter My Brooklyn bitch said fuck untyin the ropes, it's faster with a box cutter I know you love the way I'm diggin you out But always wanna fuckin argue so let's figure this out I'm just tryna make you happy bitch Who's there for you anytime you get in the mood for suckin a dick (Xzibit, "Fuckin You Right, Restless") Said Sharpton: "[Imus]says he wants to be forgiven. I hope he continues in that process. But we cannot afford a precedent established that the airways can commercialize and mainstream sexism and racism." Who is he kidding? Does he listen to what Viacom is broadcasting? Cops gettin mad cause I paid 'em off, made 'em cough blood and shit That's what the hell you motherfuckers get, we runs this bitch? So hey, you ain't gotta be scared to fuck If you want head, then prepare to suck (do it) Even if the nigga don't care to nut For every stroke, it's a hundred bucks Respect the game, you just a slut So open your legs up and get my duck ("Pimp Like Me" D-12 Devil's Night) The principled men of CBS stand to lose revenues of $15 million a year from Imus' Show. But they make much more than that from promoting and selling this poison. It gets better! Imus has raised more than $40 million dollars to fight SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) and was in the middle of a fund raising marathon Thursday when the announcement was made! Corporate sponsors affirmed their political bona fides by canceling advertising. If you like Imus, boycott the following: American Express Co., Sprint Nextel Corp., Staples Inc., Procter & Gamble Co. and General Motors Corp. But buy Bigelow Tea. " Imus thanked one sponsor, Bigelow Tea, for sticking by him." Another Uncle Tom, Bryan Monroe, president of the National Association of Black Journalists and director of Ebony and Jet magazines, met with Moonves on Wednesday. He urged them ... to take a stand against the coarsening of culture. "Something happened in the last week around America," Monroe said. "It's not just what the radio host did. America said enough is enough. America said we don't want this kind of conversation, we don't want this kind of vitriol, especially with teenagers." Does this guy ever watch MTV? Does he live in the USA? *CONCLUSION* Don Imus is another victim of the Culture War, a ritual sacrifice to the God of political correctness. He is an object lesson for average Americans on when "prejudice and hate" is allowed and when it is not. (Come in Mel Gibson and Michael Richards.) It is allowed against White Christian heterosexuals. See "Imus Treatment Ignored for Catholic Bashers" It is not allowed against Blacks, Jews and homosexuals. I didn't listen to Imus but he also criticized powerful Jews. I don't think /anyone/ should get the Imus treatment. It smacks of the Orwellian thought control, Soviet show trials and Maoist rituals of public chastisement and contrition. It smacks of the New World Order. What is wrong with hatred and prejudice anyway? Do we fault the Holocaust survivor who hates Nazis? Do we blame the battered wife who hates the man who disfigured her? Do we begrudge the Black slave who hates the man who wields the whip? Wouldn't they be less than human not to hate them? I do not believe people hate for no reason. There is a justified hatred that is natural, necessary and human, and we are being conditioned to be impassive. Similarly isn't "prejudice" another term for learning from experience? Often it's really "postjudice." I think most people will change their views when they see that the facts have changed. Then why should we blame people who resent being relegated to second-class citizens in their own country? Who resent that a foreign central banking cartel has taken control of politics and the media? Who resent it flooding the country with aliens in order to change its character? Who resent that marriages and families have been destroyed by Feminism, introduced by those Communist and Media Jews who serve this cartel? Who resent that their young are dying and their nation is being bled dry by the banker's foreign wars? Who resent they are losing their freedom under the guise of a phony war on terror? Who resent that the fearless media doesn't expose the scoundrels who are really responsible for 9-11 and the death of 3000 Americans? The real endangered minority is Don Imus' audience: the average white Christian American. The foreign elites are using minorities to dis-empower the majority. Don Imus may have expressed the majority's resentment. He had to go. Could you please review this college essay? Now it's not final it's just a rough draft but i'd like some advice. Thanks. Walking through the double doors of the gym, the smell of sweat began to overwhelm us. I could hear the occasional squeak of the players’ shoes, the slap of the ball as it hit the player’s hand, and the bounce of the ball as it landed on the opposite side of the court. Cautiously, my friend and I took a seat on stage to watch our future coaches play a pick up game. It was a week before my freshman year of high school, and I had to decided to try out for the freshman volleyball team. Volleyball had been a large part of my life since I first started, in the sixth grade. Although it was primarily a social activity, I loved the adrenaline rush that it gave me. As I continued to watch the coaches play, the prospective players started to file in and take their seats in front of the stage in the gym. This is where my week officially started. The tryouts included the first week before school, as well as the first week of the academic year. Needless to say, I was also eager to finally be in high school, especially since this first year of high school was the beginning step into adulthood. As the week progressed, I put all of my effort into the tryout. I remember always telling my peers “good job” when there was an ace, or “nice try” when the ball went out of bounds. Friday night approached sooner than I expected, and I remember feeling nervous to find out who had made the team. At 10:00 p.m. on Friday night, my friend, Jean, and I hurried over to the campus to be the first ones able to see the list. Running through the halls, we finally approached the girls’ locker room where the list of team players was taped to the door. This piece of paper would determine the future of my high school volleyball career. As we reached the paper, I scanned for my name…It wasn’t there. Jean did the same, and she realized that her name wasn’t on the list either. Disappointed in ourselves, we both agreed that there was always club season, and the ability to tryout next year. Fortunately for Jean, her mother was there as well, and she quickly looked over the Junior Varsity list. Jean had made Junior Varsity, but I was still left without a team. I sat there wondering, “What did I do wrong?”. This question was still unanswered in my head, and so on Monday morning I decided to talk to the coach and see how I could improve my skills for next year. That Monday morning was dreary; the day was hazy as I made my way down to the same locker room I had been to just three nights before. Walking into the coach’s office gave me chills; my palms started to sweat, and I didn’t know how I was going to phrase my question. Politely, I asked for a bit of her time, although inside I was wrestling with my fears. Typically, confrontation was not one my strong points. I was accustomed to having people “walk all over me.” But this time I was going to stand up for what I believed in, but in a kind way, of course. She noticed me from the tryouts and attempted to tell me why I didn’t make the team. It became slightly apparent to me that I may have been confused with someone else who had made the Junior Varsity team. Our names were similar, but I guess it was just her luck that she made the team. I thanked the coach for her time and left the office, feeling worse than when I had walked in. I decided to make the best of this situation and walk over to my middle school, where I had been so comfortable for the last three years. After school that day, I realized I had another option. When I approached my middle school, I ran into the chair of the athletics department. This was my chance to make my situation better; I explained what had happened and he offered me a job as a assistant volleyball coach. I quickly grabbed the offer and headed down to the gym for my first day of work. The only difference between this job, and a typical job, is that I was not paid. This fact didn’t matter. My reward was in those kids’ faces when they greeted me before each practice, or joked around with me while learning to play the sport that I loved. By the end of the season, I had not just had volleyball experience, but I had made the lives of a few seventh graders more fun. Sixty-hour later, and I realized that it’s not just volleyball that I loved, but the community service aspect of the experience and helping others. The season ended, and for the following year, I had decided to assist with the same team. Once those eighth graders left middle school for the next stage in their lives, I decided community service is what I wanted to do. Junior year was approaching fast, and a few of my friends and I decided to formulate our own community service club. Later our club became formally known as, Miramonte Reach Community Service Club. We provide community service opportunities for the entire student body, with events ranging from coastal clean-up to making blankets for at-risk infants. By the end o
